Flow equivalent tree

SPRING LAKE -- When it comes to getting rid of diseased and damaged trees, Spring Lake Village officials have their work cut out for them.
A recent inventory and inspection of trees lining village right-of-way has identified up to 77 trees on 33 different village streets that should be removed over the next six to 10 years. The inspection was conducted by Chris Lautenbach, a certified arborist with West Michigan Tree Service of Grand Rapids.
'We found a number of trees to be in failing health,' Lautenbach wrote in his report
